Had a new salesman. No help from any of his peers! Very disappointed that my purchase did not leave me with any good feelings! All associates at this dealership should learn to work together. My salesman did the best he possibly could do under the circumstances. I do not blame him.... I blame the dealership! I had to visit the dealership today....my salesman who sold me the car quit a few days ago. I was greeted by Ed Bijou...he found my CD's I left in my traded in vehicle and he sat with me in my car and went over the electronics. Eddy is a gem....very understanding and patient. He is a valuable person at this dealership! He will take me under his wing as his customer now. More

Always wonderful to visit Arlington Lexus Dealer, all level of service is very great. I been visiting this dealer from last 20 years, my previous sale person mark & terry who was consultant was so wonde level of service is very great. I been visiting this dealer from last 20 years, my previous sale person mark & terry who was consultant was so wonderful, knowledgeable friendly I know terry from last 30 years, this time i went i was very very Disappointed to know that they down size terry position, my strongly recommendation dealership need person like terry who is so knowledgeable who always explain about new car detail so good, when i leave from there i feel comfortable to dive new car so easy no tense. Lovely clean facility. Could have been a 5 star rating had they been more attentive when we first arrived. Waited awkwardly for few minutes before someone approached us. That didn’t happen, but we did bump into sales rep Chris Ward who happened to be a great outgoing sales rep for us. So in the end, we bought a beautiful vehicle and it all worked out. But would be nice not to be ignored when you walk in. More
