Brought my Kia Sorento in for oil change and inspection. .... they tried to claim I needed $1,100 of work! Wanted to replace both taillights for $600 (fingernail crack on each), windshield wipers and oil pa .... they tried to claim I needed $1,100 of work! Wanted to replace both taillights for $600 (fingernail crack on each), windshield wipers and oil pan. Claimed oil pan was leaking onto exhaust (said very dangerous to drive). Said you must smell the oil burning (no smell at all). Took to another mechanic and they said oil pan was fine, bolts were loose and wipers were fine. I put in new taillights for $275 myself and they wanted over $600. Don't trust these people and will never go back. On past oil change I went to pick-up my car and they couldn't find it!!! Turns out they delivered it to another customer's house and just left it there. They also are supposed to do a multipoint inspection and give you report, which they haven't on the last two visits. Stay away from this dealer!!!! More
