Wonderful service representative and was to replace the battery in a few hours. I told them I believe it was the battery going since it had trouble starting, Edward called me, and explained the battery wa battery in a few hours. I told them I believe it was the battery going since it had trouble starting, Edward called me, and explained the battery was not putting out enough amps. He suggested replacing it, made sure it was the right battery for that vehicle, replaced it, and had it back within hours. More

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by this dealership, not only by my salesman(Bill Bickerstaff), but also the sales manager(Christopher Sorrentino). Their professionalism, knowledge of their dealership, not only by my salesman(Bill Bickerstaff), but also the sales manager(Christopher Sorrentino). Their professionalism, knowledge of their inventory, and just friendly demeanor towards me making me feel like a part of the family instead of a customer was simply amazing. The entire time I was there, I felt no pressure to buy, but instead felt comfortable and able to ask any question I had and they went above and beyond to help me understand everything throughout the process. I will definitely refer family, friends, and acquaintances to this dealership because of how happy I am with their service.
