I. Honestly don’t mind when I have to bring my vehicle in( never been my fav to go) everyone is nice helpful through. Job is always done right. In a short amount of time. The body shop is great! Lisa was great set up with Randy and Ed from the body shop to repaint my hood because of something under the shield coating. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and everybody was very concer shop to repaint my hood because of something under the shield coating. My Buick Encore has had the misfotune of being hit (twice) in two years while PARKED. Ed and the crew in the body shop provided exceptional service in repairing my vehicle to manufacturer's specificat (twice) in two years while PARKED. Ed and the crew in the body shop provided exceptional service in repairing my vehicle to manufacturer's specifications in both incidents. The work done was exceptional and I was kept fully informed as to what was done, how, and why. I would highly recomend them to anyone in need of repairs done right! More
