Would never use them again. This is the third vw new have purchased in the last 13-14 years this one is the only one I have leased while the salesman was great. It was easier to trade in the. Diesel one that I purchased then it was to deal with this. I was at the dealership 6+ hours on Saturday then had to return on Sunday then 11 days after I have the car they tell me that the check which they are the ones who told me the amount was wrong and I still owed $500 and when I asked to go over it, I was informed that it’s on the contract and didn’t really want to be bothered discussing. It will never ever purchase again. Was told general manager would call me back that Friday. Never received a call Friday Left vm late afternoon Friday after not receiving call. No call Saturday, Sunday ,. Monday morning called vw directly and explained the situation and they were able to finally speak to me from dealership. More
