Ed was flexible and patient enough to work through the usual negotiation process, while remaining professional and friendly. He was up-front and as honest as you can expect a car sales person to be :) Overall, I would recommend Paramus Hyundai and specifically Ed Santiago as a sales person to work with — if you're like me and don't want to be oversold or feel like you're playing a mind game.
