I would like to thank everyone at this location especially Walid & Wilbert who went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our family car. We went to this location under the impression that especially Walid & Wilbert who went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our family car. We went to this location under the impression that we were going to browse especially since we had our 4 month old baby with us but under the care of Walid we came out with a brand new CRV. Both Walid & Edward were very nice and understanding although they were trying to get a sale out of us they didn’t make it feel that way. They treated us like we were family. Everyone understood that we were first time parents for the first time and wanting something that was spacious and reliable. What made this experience even more special & memorable was that my 4 month old son was able to witness his mom make her first big girl purchase. As done who had never dealt with purchasing a car or financing one Wilbert walked me through the entire process and really calm my nerves and made it all make sense. Buying a car can be very challenging, stressful, nerve-racking especially with a cranky/sleepy 4 month old but everyone here was amazing and understanding. I also want to acknowledge the insurance lady i believe her name was Nayla who help us find a cheaper car insurance rate. More
