I just purchased a pre-owned Tesla Y from Simon and Edwin at Genesis of Ontario. I have to say the dealership is absolutely stunning and I was treated like a VIP. Not only did Edwin and Simon make the transaction easy and pleasant, even the GSM came in to just chat with me. It was more than a fair deal and I was in and out in under 90 mins. The finance manger was a pro and had me on my way in no time The experience was even more impressive because I too am a sales manager at another dealership and tend to be a harsh critic. These guys are absolute pros. They even let me know the windshield washer tank was defective at time of purchase and made an appointment to have it replaced. I dropped it off this morning and they delivered my Tesla back to me at my place of work, fully detailed. I can't say enough about how professional and pleasant these folks were from the sales to their service department. I hope we do as well with our customers at my dealership. Two thumbs up! More

We were able to pivot to another car and Joseph made the process completely pain-free. He honored the deal we discussed over the phone, was encyclopedic in his knowledge of the car (giving me a live demonstration of all the features before we left), did not pressure us about anything, and was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with while working though the paperwork. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and Joseph is the best salesman I’ve worked with, would highly recommend asking for him if you go to Genesis of Ontario. The dealership itself is very modern, clean, spacious, and just feels very luxurious. I also worked with Edwin over the phone, and he was great as well. If you’re looking for a Genesis, I highly recommend Genesis of Ontario and Joseph Juarez! More
