I had a Mazda CX-50 lease that was to expire in 5 months. I wasn't sure what my next car would be, so I started looking early since I had 3 different vehicles to review. Lia Honda was my first stop. My salesman, Edwin Guzman was recommended by my daughters who had purchased Honda's in prior years. I was interested in a Honda CR-V, possibly a hybrid. Edwin was friendly, knowledgeble and patient in showing me the hybrid, non-hybrid and the EX & X models. Too many choices! Although it normally takes me 30 days to pick a tie for a new suit, I thought I would be shopping months for a new car. However, once we sat down and discussed financing with Aaron, the GM, they made my decision extremely easy. Not what I expected! In less than2 weeks, I had a new Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring Sport. This is my first Honda, and I ( and my wife ) are extremely happy. Great looking show room, great staff, thank you Edwin & Aaron. PS: No other vehicles were reviewed! It was one and done! More

Ed Guzman made our purchasing of a new Honda CRV the easiest and most positive of any car purchase we have ever made. He explained everything clearly about the vehicle before and during a test drive, wh easiest and most positive of any car purchase we have ever made. He explained everything clearly about the vehicle before and during a test drive, what our trade in CRV was worth, and helped us make a deal we were satisfied with without any nonsense. On the day of our delivery, while he finished up with the customer before us, changed the plates from our trade in to the new CRV, and got last minute paper work finished, he made sure we were comfortable waiting at his desk and asked if we needed water or anything else. He went out of his way to let us know what was happening and the expected time it would take. Ed made sure we were comfortable with the technology and other features of the new CRV when we were ready to drive away. Ed said he would call the next day to see if we had any questions, and we said that would not be necessary. He said he would be happy to assist us with any future questions or demonstrate how things work. Ed said to just give him a call. We were dreading going in to a dealership to see about a new vehicle, but Ed made this so much easier. I would definitely tell anyone looking for a new Honda to see Edwin Guzman at Lia Honda. More

Both Edwin and Michael were very helpful and patient in answering our questions. Even when I had to call my husband and ask him about a few things they left me alone were patient and not pushy.
