I purchased a used car from the dealer. I live about 5 hrs away from the dealer and saw the car online. I specifically asked the salesman if there was any damage on the car before i drive down to test drive and purchase it. he said the car was pristine. so we came to a agreement on price and set up a date to purchase. I drove down to purchase the car and the back bumper was popped out of place and some dings on the side of the car. they finally decided to give me some off the price we agreed on and said the bumper just needed popped back into place. Needless to say the repair was not that easy and it cost double the amount they came down to repair it. I contacted the Sales Manager and he said we agreed on the price due to the damage! I then contact the GM and basically got told the same thing. Not to mention the extra $250 he said he was going to give me that still wasn't enough still hasn't come in the mail. the Title work has taken too long to process even though this was a cash deal. Buyer beware and ensure you car is represented in the condition explained before give them business. Messaged 3 times about my title and money the GM agreed to will zero response back! More

I was sold a vehicle with a known defect (TSB: 23-020-23 REV. A). I took it back 5 weeks after I bought it and the service supervisor told me that they won't fix the defects. The vehicle was a certified pre owned vehicle that came with their 3 month/3000 mile warranty. I even asked the service supervisor if he knew about TSB: 23-020-23 REV. A and he said yes. So it seems that they are knowingly selling defective vehicles and said absolutely nothing about the defects when I was buying it. More
