Edwin was a godsend. I was short on time and another sales representative set up an appointment with me on Thursday to see a specific vehicle on Sunday. When I arrived, the representative was not there and the car had not been serviced or washed. Edwin took me to see it, even though I could only peek through the pollen-covered windows and kick the tires. In a nutshell: Edwin made sure the car was available to me the next day for a test drive, provided me with the requested information on the vehicle, and helped me secure the best deal. Although I gave him a hard time with specific requests, he always met me halfway and I appreciate him for picking up the ball when his coworker dropped it. Thank you, Edwin! More
