Excellent experience with Edwin Torres at Bill Currie Ford. We contacted Edwin Torres online at Bill Currie Ford through an internet sales inquiry looking for a Ford Escape Titanium and subsequently met him in We contacted Edwin Torres online at Bill Currie Ford through an internet sales inquiry looking for a Ford Escape Titanium and subsequently met him in person on January 27th. Edwin was very considerate and answered of all our questions and arranged a test drive. Unfortunately the dealership did not have the specific color we were looking for but Edwin went over and above trying to locate the specific model, color and with the optional equipment we desired. He was able to locate one at another dealership and made arrangements to have the vehicle picked up and transported to Bill Currie a couple days later. Unfortunately, he later found out that before the vehicle could be picked up it was sold. He again did another search and found none meeting our criteria in Florida.. Again taking the extra step, he then proposed ordering the vehicle although advising it could take up to 6 - 12 weeks. We decided to go forward and Edwin placed the order yesterday, February 2. We are very please with the way Edwin dealt with us and his providing a solution for us. Kudos and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. More
