A special thanks to Julio the first person I spoke with about the car I eventually purchased. He was very knowledgeable about the IONIQ 5, all electric car, I was inquiring about. I had limited understanding of that type of car and he answered all my questions thoroughly with great patience. Julio also fully explained, in detail, how the car functioned after my wife and I purchased the car.
