Efrain Rodriguez Guzman at Clay Cooley Arlington was professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, extremely patient with me, and most importantly, honest. (I can be hard to deal with at times.) I would recommend purchasing from Efrain to all of my friends and family members, as he did such a great job informing me of all costs up-front, with no hidden fees, unlike other dealerships I have delt with in the past. Sales process was fine. Post-sale support has been bad. The salesman handled the purchase professionally and without issues. After delivery, I experienced an electrical problem and the truck was in service for several days. Communication from the dealership has been slow, inconsistent, and at times nonexistent. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates that were promised but never delivered. The issue was ultimately repaired, and I have not had further problems with the truck, but the lack of communication during the process significantly impacted the overall experience. More
