Besides loving my Nissan Altima I purchased a couple years ago, I am even more impressed with the service team. We always have such a positive experience every time we go for regular maintenance. Just recently I have had the pleasure of working with Eileen who went above and beyond to help us. Our navigation system's touch screen stopped working. When we went to get it fixed, we found out we were a little more than two thousand miles over our warranty and replacing it would not be covered. Eileen took it upon herself to look into the situation and investigate if we had any other options. She called back the same day to tell us Nissan would cover it and that they were immediately ordering the parts that we needed. It is so refreshing to see a company that really takes their customers into consideration and for them to have employees who go above and beyond to help them. We cannot thank you enough Eileen. We are so grateful for your assistance. We will definitely be lifetime customers of pine belt Nissan of Toms River. More

Service Department I've had experience with 4 different Nissan dealerships over the years. The best comment I can make is when I bring my car for service at PB that ther I've had experience with 4 different Nissan dealerships over the years. The best comment I can make is when I bring my car for service at PB that there is NO hassles, problems or frustrations. My Service Advisor Eileen Cortese has made my experience pleasant and leaves me feeling that I'm dealing with a person that is courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I'll be back. Harvey More

Remarkable Salesmanship!!! I had no idea I would be walking out with a brand new car!!! I went to Pinebelt Nissan with a car I had bought 3 months ago, needless to say this car I had no idea I would be walking out with a brand new car!!! I went to Pinebelt Nissan with a car I had bought 3 months ago, needless to say this car was going to cost me a fortune to fix and maintain.... But with the help of Matt Troncone Salesman, Manager Mike Weeden and Eileen Cortese Service Dept. I was able to get out of that car and into a brand new one, they went above and beyond. They really took there time and worked with me to get me the best deal possible.... I am so grateful for all there help!!! Pinebelt Nissan also has a beautiful and clean showroom, I felt very comfortable, and knew I was in good hands! Thanks guys.. :) More

Terrific Service Dept. My 2005 Nissan Pathfinder broke down on the parkway. I had it towed to Pine Belt Nissan for repair. Eileen Ferrari-Cortese and her Manage Mickey did My 2005 Nissan Pathfinder broke down on the parkway. I had it towed to Pine Belt Nissan for repair. Eileen Ferrari-Cortese and her Manage Mickey did everything they could to get Nissan Motors to repair the truck under warranty because of the low mileage (77,00.00). They and their staff put a lo of time and effort to try and help me but at the end of the day it made no economic sense to fix the truck because Nissan would not cover the charges (something like 10k). Eileen kept in constant contact with me and went above ad beyond to ensure every possible option was explored. Even after I agreed to pay a $500.00 fee for their time, manager Mickey saw to it that my money was refunded. I ended up donating the car to charity, and everyone there made me feel at home and comfortable the whole time including Sales Person Chris who offered me a great deal, but I explained that I was in no position to buy or leas a car right now due to my employment situation. This changed nothing, most sales people would give you the cold shoulder;but not Chris, he was very understanding and friendly offering his services if my financial picture should turn around. I would highly recommend this dealer, they are great folks! More

Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy! WORST WORST WORST WORST experience of my life. Dealing with the most unbelievably frustrating lawsuit with Nissan right now on my leased 2014 Nissan P WORST WORST WORST WORST experience of my life. Dealing with the most unbelievably frustrating lawsuit with Nissan right now on my leased 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Cannot stress enough how much this is the WORST experience. The salesman I had was NOTHING but AMAZING (Angelo Montalvo). But when it comes to servicing your vehicle here, Leo is not my cup of tea, nor would I ever deal with him if I dont have to. Eileen was helpful when I was taking my vehicle here but the mechanics and Tom Lincoln clearly don't know what they're doing. ANY problems you will go through will give you the greatest headache. May 24th 2014 was when I leased. By the beginning of July I was noticing a fuel gauge issue. They replaced parts twice and by the third time I was told by Tom Lincoln the service center manager there was nothing more they could do. Joe Hill a manager of Nissan made me think they would do "everything they could to help." What a pathetic lie that was. Not only did they treat me like I had no problems, but then corporate Nissan sent out a "specialist" Nick. He was BY FAR THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEE I have ever dealt with. Not only was I then being told it wasn't a problem, but that it was just a "characteristic" of my vehicle. Needless to say I now have a lawyer and granted it will take time, I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE, LEASE, OR DO BUSINESS WITH NISSAN EVER AGAIN. I am warning anyone who is thinking about getting a Nissan that it will be in your best interest to stay far, far away. I am beyond frustrated and cannot wait to get rid of my Pathfinder. ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO RATE THEM. NOT BECAUSE THEY EVEN DESERVE THAT. More
