They should be commended and elevated as good examples in an industry that has a bad reputation and breeds mistrust. Honda of Sarasota advertised online a specific Honda Civic as a lease that was very specific and exactly what we wanted. We had several points of contact but made it abundantly clear that the exact car they were advertising with those exact conditions was what we wanted, nothing more and nothing less, and we had no time to waste. We made an appointment, went, and it didn’t go well. My husband and I walked out and wasted two hours of our time when we made it clear ahead of time that we had no time to waste. We were not shopping; we wanted exactly what they advertised. Completely disappointed and feeling like we were tricked,Tyler we wrote an email and review about our disappointment. Tyler and Kaleb reached out to apologize, explain, and to “make it right”. Long story short, the five above kept their word and made it more than right! We are now happy to recommend this amazing team of five who worked diligently to keep their word. To their managers and directors at Honda: These five employees are to be commended and used as great examples of teamwork, real customer service, and professionalism. They neglected to send me any form to setup my new lease payment. It was only done the day before it was due because I had to call them multiple times.
