U too will see the wow factor in him and exactly the same in finance with Frank genuine people so helpful wonderful in every way and Frank too made my day ….he is real and a good guy everything was explained well by him …..& all went so smoothly he is equally amazing too !!! Service with Joe again I was exactly in the right place ! Service all the guys are wonderful they all know their jobs from A to Z ! Joe in service simply great ! I rate them all a 10 !!! everyone addresses me by my name w impeccable manners from all…. And smiles … I can not ask for more !!!! I feel as if I made friends for life …. Sorry to give a bad review. I love the CRV but did not like how I was treated. I would have loved to review new features but sales guy had no time for me. They neglected to send me any form to setup my new lease payment. It was only done the day before it was due because I had to call them multiple times. The worst service ever! !! Diaz the finance manager does not return phone calls. Tyler the salesman was professional. He tried to help with my issues but it was beyond his co !! I went to the dealership to be told the finance manager Diaz was with a customer and wouldn’t he done until 8. It was only a little after 5. A 2024 Honda Civic after everything $55k, what a rip off!!! I was told they would make the numbers work after the previous team left, My experience has actually been worse with the new team. I pray that anyone goes there make sure you know the cost of the vehicle, do not let them skip that and tell you they will make it work to help you. They have screwed me horribly. It was something I was willing to negotiate and see if we could come to a common ground to resolving the issue, but not even a simple phone call back. More
