Sales Department POOR, Service Department GOOD Over the past 20 years, I've purchased at least 12+ vehicles from this dealer. I have every vehicle serviced at this dealer as well. EJ Reed in sales Over the past 20 years, I've purchased at least 12+ vehicles from this dealer. I have every vehicle serviced at this dealer as well. EJ Reed in sales and Justin Spears in finance are wonderful to work with. However, the newest management over the sales department leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Most recently over the past 2 years, I've purchased three vehicles and one motorcycle. The most recent vehicle was a used vehicle, and I noticed it had a busted fog light, (after purchase), the new sales manager has refused to fix it, saying that the vehicle was already discounted. This will be the last time I do any business there. While the service department has always gone above and beyond, I cannot and will not give another dime to this dealer when they obviously don't take loyalty into consideration. It's shame that a really great service department will suffer because of really poor direction from the powers that run the sales team. But like they say, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. So, after over 20 years -- farewell Honda of Conyers -- it's been real! More
