I had a wonderful experience purchasing a '22 Cadillac XT5 yesterday. The staff was wonderful. Starting with El Hadj, our salesman, to managers Mark Moretti, Scott Downard and Jerry Bill Fiinally Izzy, in XT5 yesterday. The staff was wonderful. More than I expected I went in with the expectation that I would be leaving with a 2012 Jeep Patriot. Best experience at a dealership ever! I was in the market for a new jeep and happened to receive an email from Elhadji. He listened to what I needed and was looking for and made sure to fi I was in the market for a new jeep and happened to receive an email from Elhadji. He listened to what I needed and was looking for and made sure to find it for me. He didn't try to pressure or make me feel backed into a corner like many salesmen do. I've got two children and a full time job and barely had time to make it to the dealership. Elhadji and Josh went above and beyond to take care of all the paperwork before I even got to the dealership. I will definitely purchase from here again in the future ! Thank you Elhadji and Josh for making this a seamless buying experience. And I am absolutely in love with my new car ! Thanks again !! More
