I recently brought my vehicle to Four Stars Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process and completed the oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner without any unnecessary upselling or pressure. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. What really stood out was the level of professionalism and transparency from the service department. Everything was clearly explained, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and respect for my time. From the very first phone call about a new car that I was interested in, to filling up the tires after my purchase it felt like a small dealership that is actually pretty big.
