Unplanned purchase of CR-V To make a long story short I purchased a 2005 Odyssey and it has 197,000 miles on it now and has been experiencing problems since October of 2014. We have been through a series of issues but on Aug 29th 2015...the plan was just to bring the van in for service. After all "I LOVE my ODYSSEY". After my husband and I left the van, we began walking around the parking lot at the dealership looking at various vehicles, both new and used. Not long one of the sales representatives, Khaled, came out and asked us if we had any questions. Well, before I knew it we were test driving a CR-V EX which was the perfect color and only had 3300 ish miles on it on the used car lot. By the end of the day, we were the new owners of a CR-V. I know I will grow to love this vehicle as much as my Odyssey....but it gets even better. My Odyssey is now fixed and I still have it...it is just running like new again. Thank you for the excellent service on the Odyssey, Eldwin and Thank you for your patience in making the sale, Khaled. Now I can say, I love my HONDAs! More

Excellant buying experience Jae Kim sold me a new Honda CR-V. He was a pleasure to work with, diligent, friendly and fair. The service department at AutoPark Honda is the best. We have had our Accord serviced there for 3 years - Eldwin Breeden our usual service advisor does a great job!. Also, the prep team for the new CR-V did excellent work. Also, we are thankful to Mr. William for clearing up some delivery issues for us. We initially considered buying a Subaru Outback, but the overall quality of this dealership was the deciding factor in making the final decision. More

Thank you Peter Gazzard for your great and calm approach to helping me buy the beautiful charcoal metallic grey 2013 Honda Civic for my flight instruction business. It will be a classy way to travel and keep my fuel and upkeep cost much lower than most alternatives. I am so having fun using the my cell phone and all the safe technology options while driving. It is just very cool. Everytime I get into drive, I am reminded of the perfect fit that Honda delivers along with Autopark Honda and yourself. The sales and service staff including Eldwin Breeden and Charlie Bruce (who spent quite a bit of his personal time to listen to me and my family as we meandered through the new car purchase process). Oh and yes, it goes beyond that, with Kevin Mill's jumping in to rectify a brake problem on my wife's, Jill, certified pre-owned 2007 Honda Accord purchased at Autopark. And Edwin, did I mention him. My wife and kids think he is apart of our family. Autopark is such a preference for all four of our Honda's that we always got our Toyota Sienna serviced there when it was allowed of course. More

Highly recommend Charlie Bruce, Eldwin Bredeen and AutoPark Honda. After 230,000 miles, it was time to replace our Odyssey. We were not sure which car we wanted. Eldwin Bredeen, who has helped us AutoPark Honda. After 230,000 miles, it was time to replace our Odyssey. We were not sure which car we wanted. Eldwin Bredeen, who has helped us in the service department many times, referred us to Charlie Bruce. We drove pre-owned and new Odysseys and CRV's and Charlie answered many questions. We felt that we got all the info we needed, and took time to think it over without being pressured to buy. After sleeping on it and discussing things on our own terms, we purchased a new CRV today. We did some research with Consumer Reports, etc. and the first price quoted from Sanford sounded better. After adding in all the hidden stuff, we did as well or better at AutoPark Honda. More
