I drove four hours to Coconut Creek with the possibility of not going home in my dream car but I took the risk and I'm so glad I did. Eli Alfasi had my car ready for me when I got there and made sure what had to be done to it was done, and immediately started my buying process as soon as I got there while working with another customer. He had everything already set up for me so I was quickly transitioned to finance. Sean Mattison was great with getting me the best payment and the best insurance, also so understanding and friendly. Steve Weinstein was nice enough to take time to help me with my online banking when I had troubles which was very kind of him. I cant begin to explain how appreciative I am of all of the people who helped make my first time buying a car painless. Even though I was there for five hours I was honestly surprised with how fast they had me taken care of, given I had many circumstances they had to work around. Other dealerships turned me down, I thought it was impossible for me to buy a car on my own, but Coconut Creek was so willing to work with me no matter the situation. They made everything work and I drove home my new amazing Veloster Turbo all the way back to Clearwater.
