I randomly looked up Mach 1's on the Ford site Saturday afternoon, found a great priced one about an hour from me and sent an inquiry. Ten minutes later a saleswoman named Michelle Russo reached out to me afternoon, found a great priced one about an hour from me and sent an inquiry. Ten minutes later a saleswoman named Michelle Russo reached out to me and told me the car, options, price and trade-in info. I sent some photos, got a price back to me and by that time, it was Saturday evening after hours, but Michelle reached back out and scheduled an appointment with me for Monday morning. I arrive Monday morning at 9:30. I didn't expect this to trade-in my car and walk out with a brand new car. I definitely didn't expect to do so in 2 hours. The only reason it even took so long because this was my first time buying a car completely by myself. Michelle went over everything with me and explained what everything meant so I could learn for the future. I got an amazing deal, for an incredible heritage car, and a extremely fair value on my trade-in. I was treated with the utmost respect, and it really felt friendly and open. Eli also helped me with the warranty info, and was extremely patient as I weighed my options. Michelle is an incredible saleswoman, but really wanted to make a point that buying a car does not need to be a whole production. This is my fourth Ford, and no other deal was anywhere near this quick and courteous. I don't care where I move to in the country, I will keep going back to Nick Nicholas Ford and asking specifically for Michelle. More
