Kept the vehicle 4 days for a 6hr job, very poor communication! The 1st time I took it in for the recall, I had scheduled an appointment. They called 2 hrs later and said the tech wasn't there and t communication! The 1st time I took it in for the recall, I had scheduled an appointment. They called 2 hrs later and said the tech wasn't there and they would have to keep it or I could bring it back the next day. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told no. The following afternoon they called and said he couldn't fix so I could get my vehicle. I scheduled another appointment to get it fixed on a Tuesday at 8 am. On Wednesday I called them to find out what was happening and eas told they were waiting for a call back from Ford tech support and they would keep me informed. I never heard anything Thursday. Friday morning at 10 am I called and eas told the tech was working on it, they didn't know when he would be done. That afternoon I called back at 3 pm and told him that my window for picking up my vehicle was closing, I was then told that they had my keys and I could come get it. When I finally got my vehicle they had used almost a half a tank of gas. I am guessing the tech wanted A/C. I was tild they treat customers like family but if that is true I don't want to be in that family. Shame on them. More
