Vicki was extremely professional and friendly. Knew the Ford SUV's, answered all of my questions and never faltered. She was terrific in 96 degree heat on the lot--no impatience or short-cuts. Its my 2nd Escape and my 5th car purchase from Nick Nicholas Ford. Always find a great team there in sales and service. Thanks, Vicki! Thanks, Eli for setting up my phone in 3.4 seconds! More
