the notication in the mail, second. the radiator fluid was almost empty wheni picked it up, i had to fill it, thrid, i was told the missing windshield wiper cap was replaced when i diacovered it was missing when i got home with the car, i had to get that replaced. fourth i was not told about the computer transmission reset for the car, so i thought i had a problem with the transmission and had to go to the service department , then told me about it which the sales rep didnt not tell me about the car when i purchased it! So, as you can see not very happy the delearshio, nor recomend the dealership to anyone! have a good day.

I was charged $7000 over the price online, was $7500 for services I did not even authorize added to my loan amount. Requested $5500 in those fees b
I was charged $7000 over the price online, was $7500 for services I did not even authorize added to my loan amount. Requested $5500 in those fees be reimbursed and after 30 days I am still waiting. Within my 30 days the truck needed a $5600 repair which I paid to have fixed. The dealership I went with for repairs stated you need to review that dealership for how poorly you were treated. I was only given 1 key to my truck and told an additonal one will be $480.00. I was never was given a contract to read I simply was asked to sign e documents. Please let my headache be a life lesson for you. I have a dealership that has given me a full warranty on all the repairs made to my truck and restored my faith in people doing the right thing, even when they didn't cause all the issues. I appreciated their honesty with me. My next purchase will be with the honest dealership. PLEASE avoid Elder Ford at all costs. Learn from my life lesson, you shouldn't have to learn your own life lesson.
