I will be updating my review - I previously wrote a Five-star Review believing the Dealership would provide the documents I requested the day we signed papers. Things like the details on the Mftr. Warranty, Ford Certified Used Vehicles Comprehensive Limited Warranty Coverage, the Inspection Checklist, Carfax and any upgrades. All of the items that should have been discussed and signed off on that are included on the Vehicle Delivery Checklist. Instead, we got excuses, BS explanations (like the Performance Package excluded it from Gold coverage), etc. Still waiting after 2 weeks and one dead battery after it was delivered. Not a trustworthy Dealership in our opinion. Shop elsewhere.
