This has nothing to do with Eli! He did wonderful! Just disappointed the car was in the service department for 3 days and i get the car and the driver's side taillight is out. I thought it was standard to get a full tank of gas. Tank was under half a tank. Makes me wonder what they serviced for 3 days?

He knew a lot about the vehicle and went out of his way to obtain requested information (inspection information). He instilled a sense of "I knew the vehicle I was buying" prior to purchasing the vehicle. I would recommend Eli and Gateway Chevrolet to others. Ryan Payson (general sales manager) was extremely friendly and he was very willing to work with me on the price. He took the time to come speak with me and go over absolutely any questions I had about the vehicle. I felt like I could really trust him and what he was saying. Patrick Leclaire (finance manager) made the paperwork portion of sale absolutely painless for me. He was quick, thorough, and willing/able to answer any questions I had. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very impressed by the staff at Gateway Chevrolet and would recommend them to others. Thanks guys!
