This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First of all, we put down about $2650 for a down payment and it's the month of Christmas. Well, that would have been fine had we still had a ve with. First of all, we put down about $2650 for a down payment and it's the month of Christmas. Well, that would have been fine had we still had a vehicle to drive. My husband had this vehicle a couple of weeks before it left him stranded at work with no way to go. That's the whole reason we got the vehicle in the first place. So now we have no money and no ride. And to make matters even worse, we have called and called and get the run around as to when the vehicle will be fixed. If I could have left ZERO stars, I would have. I have never met so many incompetent people in my life. We are constantly told that our "service manager" is busy with another customer and they are working on resolving the issue. My husband was also told last Thursday to be at the dealership at 8 am and they would have him a "loaner" ride until his is fixed. That was a LIE. He had to wait around all day for me to get off work because of this LIE. Do better. Not just during the transaction, but after you have the customer's money. Service has been HORRIBLE. It was a good experience. I came in for an oil change and bought another vehicle. They actually had one I had wanted. It was used but very low mileage.
