Hands down the best car buying experience! I was working with another dealer (out of state) who was a nightmare and decided to try KIA DTLA. Upon my first phone call, I began working with Elie I was working with another dealer (out of state) who was a nightmare and decided to try KIA DTLA. Upon my first phone call, I began working with Eliezer Hernandez. He was professional and possessed superb customer service skills. There was zero back and forth and the deal was pretty direct. I had two other dealerships working almost the same deal but I stuck to working with Eli due to his professionalism and rapport. He literally worked everything out in less than an 30 minutes via phone. Upon arrival Eli greeted us and had the vehicle ready to go. The finance department also did a phenomenal job delivering outstanding customer service. All around I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Eliezer Hernandez! More

Arrived at dealership and was greeted by Eli who took time to show me the vehicles I was interested in. Told me the only Rio they had on the lot was already sold but assured me another was enroute to the time to show me the vehicles I was interested in.
