Purchased a new 2024 Ford Mustang GT convertible. Flew out to Dallas to buy a new Mustang GT and had a great purchase experience with only minor issues. I was aware about some of the add ons but the Flew out to Dallas to buy a new Mustang GT and had a great purchase experience with only minor issues. I was aware about some of the add ons but the price was still better than elsewhere. Eligio and Augusto were awesome to work with. I highly recommend Cooley Ford. More

The issue I have is with the finance department. They said they gave me the very best offer. It was only when I had secured my own financing with EECU getting a better price on the extended warranty They said they gave me the very best offer. It was only when I had secured my own financing with EECU getting a better price on the extended warranty and gap. I also received an interest rate that was a more than a point lower.. They then decided to try and match it. I feel that this is very deceptive and for sure they don’t have the customers best interest in mind. The best part of the buying experience was the sales person Eli. More
