My husband and I came with the intent to purchase a used Lexus. From the minute we walked up we were greeted by Mr. Elijah Black. Everyone was friendly and they offered us drinks and a snack and the entire purchasing experience was pleasant. The paperwork process was easy, and questions were answered to our satisfaction and Mr. Black was a pleasure to work with. After the purchase, we met with Laken and she showed us each feature on the car and helped with presets, etc. They really go the extra mile! I don’t plan to purchase another car anytime soon but I would definitely go back to this dealership above any other! More
