The experience was especially great because Elijah was so excited, knowledgeable and informative about the Durango (and the other cars we looked at.) Wilde and our Sales Person Elijah Mader were Awesome I wanted to post a short note about our wonderful experience with Wilde Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. We had initially planned to meet with a sales pers I wanted to post a short note about our wonderful experience with Wilde Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. We had initially planned to meet with a sales person at another Jeep dealership but they closed early on that Friday so we drove back to Waukesha to see what Wilde might offer. We were greeted by Elijah Mader a Sales and Leasing Consultant. We had not leased a car before and were curious how it all worked. Elijah walked us through the options, benefits and process. He also picked out a couple vehicles for us to check out based on our specifications. We ended up leasing a beautiful Jeep Latitude that night. Like most people we do not look forward to shopping for cars due to some of the high pressure sales techniques utilized by sales people at dealerships. Some of the crazy statements they made and silly questions they traditionally ask can be quite annoying. Elijah however was more like a good friend or neighbor who knew a lot about cars (as someone who worked his way up from working on cars he really does know a lot about cards) who was just trying to help us. I felt I could end the conversation at any point and not be pressured by him in any way. Finally, we picked our car up on Saturday morning. Like most dealerships the car had been cleaned and prepped but in this case there seemed to be special attention paid to our new vehicle, for example the tires had been shined with a tire prep of some sort that made them look great. Taking it a step even further Elijah walked us through every feature, and button on the vehicle and on they electronic display. He could not have been more thorough. My wife LOVED it. Mike Valko, Internet Sale Manger, when day sales where not available in my off hours, Mike worked on the overall pricing to get the very best deal done, with his off hours staffing. Great feedback on e-mails with the potential sale of the Jeep Wrangler Sahara .. Like anyone Elijah could not be present at my odd times but he could give me directions, and his help on his cell phone. He also directed with a very helpful associate Doug Rodriguwes, Sales that did the finalization on my New Jeep. Passing the ball, great catch to the men! Pedia Urosevic, Financing, I felt I was valued, very positive as well, explaining the additional options. Last; Doug Rodriguwes finalized the pickup of the New Jeep Wrangler Sahara . He helped with what I purchased, we went through what I had on my Jeep to make sure my fist ride in the jeep is safe and very enjoyable at night Very good. This was a team effort, great men make each of them Greater. Last the reason why I went to "Wilde" was the service department did a great job on my last Jeep Wrangler Sport. Sorry men, I do not know who worked on it then, but your team brought me back to buy my New Jeep Wrangler Sahara.. Best to you all. More
