I didn't buy a car here. I had a great experience still, and consider myself a customer. I'm 50 years old and I buy 1 year old used cars when needed, and pay cash. In talking with 10-12 different dealerships, over a 2 week period, one guy stood out. It was at Tom Gill's Chevy, and his name was Elijah. Compared to any other dealer or salesperson- I asked a question, I got an immediate response. I asked for Pictures and he send videos. I asked questions that required his time and research and I got a fast response. I asked him things no sales person would know on a used car and he connected the dots to my answers, when other's wouldn't, and he still did it Fast! In the end, my wife wanted a different color and I went that direction. It bummed me out, because I truly wanted Elijah to have my business. He earned it. He was so gracious and kind, even after hearing her decision. I didn't buy from him, but he still made me a customer...because any future car purchase from here on out, I will start with Elijah and his inventory. I've made a good living in the same sales job for 30 years, and finding people that care about their customer and their craft, is becoming so uncommon. He loves what he does and I felt that. Elijah is fast and responsive without being pushy and full of xx. I continually look for people like him to hire in my industry, and I can't find them. I've never bought a car from Tom Gill's and wish I had with Elijah. The deal was right, the respect, and commitment he showed me, was unmatched. That's what impressed me enough to write this review. More
