We had been shopping locally & on Auto trader when we came across a vehicle at Dempsey. Being from a small central Illinois town, we were a little skeptical about dealing in a larger city. We were concer came across a vehicle at Dempsey. Being from a small central Illinois town, we were a little skeptical about dealing in a larger city. We were concerned that it would be a high-pressure atmosphere. To our delight, the entire experience with Dempsey was the complete opposite! From our initial inquiry online & throughout the negotiations which took place by phone since we live about an hour and a half from Plano, we were treated with courtesy & respect by everyone we dealt with. Mr. Dempsey even stopped to thank us for our business. That would not happen at any other dealership! More
