My husband Frank and I are pleased to have found Sullivan Buick GMC. After visiting several dealers in the area and leaving without a decision, we finally got on line to browse for our vehicle type and rece Buick GMC. The call was genuine, we felt that we were actually heard enought that we accepted to drive to Arlington Heights where we were able to finally make a decision. The sales man we worked with, Elliot Pergricht was very helpful and understanding of our questions. I am proud to have a new vehicle and proud of our decision of place of purchase. More

My wife and I had found out some great news about an addition to our family, and we knew that the Nissan Altima that we had was not going to be large enough. We originally were looking to purchase a Yu addition to our family, and we knew that the Nissan Altima that we had was not going to be large enough. We originally were looking to purchase a Yukon Denali because we thought we needed a large vehicle. When arriving at Sullivan, we were introduced to Eliot who sat us down to see what we wanted. We told him what we were interested in and our "comfort zone" with our budget. He was very informative and did not pressure us to run our credit. He let us test drive the Yukon and also recommended the Acadia and let us drive that also. We were surprised to see that the Acadia was the better choice and was more reasonable for our new family. The pricing was great and all options were placed on the table and we walked away happy with our new Acadia Denali. Eliot was great and we were glad to have had him help us. More

He started by showing us a USED vehicle which fit my budget, however for my surprise and thanks to Eliot we walked out with a BRAND NEW GMC TERRAIN that fit my budget and gave me a great deal. These people are the ones to go to if you trying to get a good deal with honesty and full attention as a customer, they will make your experience a very pleasurable and comfortable and better of all satisfied. His professionalism, courteousness and understanding of my needs as a customer was obvious from the beginning. It didn’t stop there, Bill, the Finance Manager, was also a rare find.
