You couldn't tell it from a new one off the showroom floor. The price was by far the best I've seen on the internet in the entire United States. Every facet of the buying experience was first class. I went other dealers and none held a candle compared to Sullivan. A fantastic low pressure buying experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sullivan to a friend. Hats off to Eliot and Mark and the entire Sullivan team. More

I had no Terrain on 10/13/12. Elliot Pergricht assisted me with the purchase of my vehicle. I've never felt more at home and relaxed at a dealership. I had not purchased a vehicle in last 10 years so it utterly refreshing to meet Elliot and know that he went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my choice and options. Elliot has a customer for life! I was impressed by his professionalism and overall knowledge of my vehicle. His patience exceeded my expectations and his "car side manner" impeccable. I can't beleive that my time spent with Elliot flew by so quickly. He answered all of my questions and truly made my car buying experience a delight! Cindy K More
