Mr. Williams listened attentively to our "wish list"and unfortunately had a prior appointment so he brought his coworker Elisa Daniel over to see us through a test drive. Although we did not purchase a car, Ms. Daniel provided us with a very informative drive and Mr.Williams followed up with us the next day (via phone call) to see if there was anything else he could do to help us in the pursuit of a new-used car. We gave him a more detailed list of what we are looking for and are confident that he will reach out to us again if a match appears. I worked with Elisa on 8. 11.23. I showed up at 7: 40 to just price a vehicle and talk for a couple of minutes as I knew the shop was closing at 8pm. Elisa was so patient and h 11.23. We looked at options on several cars and she pulled out a couple of them for me to look at even though I said I was only looking; so helpful. I haven't looked for a car in about 15 years so I was amazed with how fluent she was on all the features, the technical aspects of them, and how it applied to my every day life situations. Wow, I was already floored on how knowledgeable and informative she was but to help me understand what that all meant in practical application (without making me feel dumb) was over and beyond what I expected. With all the horror stories about car sales, I came in apprehensive and fences up (and charged). Elisa immediately made me feel at ease and it really felt like I was out shopping with a friend. Time flew and I felt a little bad since she spent so many dedicated hours with me, but it was a pretty awesome time talking about cars. You ever talked to someone who loves life and what they do? it's like that. I know it seems like this review isn't much about car sales but that's the point I wanted to share. It didn't feel like that at all. Go, visit, have fun. More
