We had a good experience working with Jordan and Izzy on the purchase of a couple vehicles. Patient and no pressure - they listened to our inane questions and let us make up our own minds. I left this experience extremely disappointed. What should have been a straightforward transaction became frustrating because neither the finance representative nor the manager took ownership of a What should have been a straightforward transaction became frustrating because neither the finance representative nor the manager took ownership of an APR error that originated on their end. Instead of acknowledging and correcting the mistake professionally, I was told that they would simply dissolve the financing agreement and leave me to deal directly with the dealership. That response felt more like a threat than an attempt to resolve the issue. I also discovered that an incorrect VIN number was being used to value my trade-in, which understandably affected my confidence in the accuracy of the entire deal. Rather than carefully reviewing the information and working toward a fair solution, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. Another disappointing aspect was the repeated pressure to purchase additional coverage after I had already declined it. Ironically, once I said no, the numbers suddenly improved and the deal became more favorable with a lower price. That left me questioning why those better terms weren't presented from the beginning. This experience was a significant departure from my previous interactions with the dealership, which had been much more positive. I came in genuinely interested in trading in my vehicle and reaching a deal that would be fair and mutually beneficial. Instead, I was met with a cold, dismissive attitude that made me feel like my business was no longer valued. Buying a vehicle should be built on trust, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations. More
