Vladimir has always been helpful and he goes out of his way and even took my car to the collision center for review. He was on vacation the day I brought it by appointment and the checkin process was cumbe way and even took my car to the collision center for review. He was on vacation the day I brought it by appointment and the checkin process was cumbersome and took 45 minutes but eventually it was taken in and the woman service manager who helped me was very nice. More

I had to keep calling to get information about mr repair. I had to bring my truck back multiple times. I schedule a time to be it in and nothing was done to my truck for a week. I think there need to be more organization around backlog waiting on parts, problems that already have been in repair and returning for further repair (not fixed first time) and new vehicles coming in. My t waiting on parts, problems that already have been in repair and returning for further repair (not fixed first time) and new vehicles coming in. My truck was in for almost two weeks for a sensor problem, fixed check engine goes off again. Brought truck back in, sat for 7 business days never taken into shop. Spend to much money in your shop to have faced lack of progress. Understand all the SC issues just think need to rethink the idea of leaving a car if no progress will be made! Should be able to make appointment with more confidence. Dedicated mechanics to backlog In only and new problem assessment only. More
