This is the 2nd visit to this dealership where we felt the quality of experience was lacking, specifically of the technicians. We brought in our vehicle for battery charging issues and it would seem the a the quality of experience was lacking, specifically of the technicians. We brought in our vehicle for battery charging issues and it would seem the alternator would have been one of the first items checked. We took it in to another mechanic who was able to diagnose this right away. We were charged a diagnostic fee, which yielded an incorrect conclusion. This was extremely disappointing and we will more than likely not be coming back, or recommending this dealership to others.
