Had a LOT of problems and complaints buying a used car from this dealership and then getting repairs done under warranty. Two staff were fired within 10 days and the ball was dropped. I had written a long from this dealership and then getting repairs done under warranty. Two staff were fired within 10 days and the ball was dropped. I had written a long letter of complaint to send to the HQ but in the end they came through and fixed everything. Purchasing used vehicles is an unenjoyable experience regardless of the place. Despite my many years of purchasing vehicles, in multiple states, and various brands this dealership managed to still surpri regardless of the place. I was BLATANTLY lied to within hours of completing my purchase, and when I tried to communicate with the dealership was completely ignored. I also stated my clear objection to being forced into using their title/registration service as I was transferring an out of state tag and have never successfully completed this. It's been a month and my tag is still not transferred and now I'm being asked to expend, time, money and effort to do what I requested from the beginning. Will not do business with this dealership again. More
