Fastest sales experience. No hassle. From Test drive to key in hand was great! Chris, and all of the staff were very helpful. A follow up call from Brittany to set up a visit to answer any extra follow up key in hand was great! Chris, and all of the staff were very helpful. Painless I came to Hawk to buy a new Subaru. My sales lady (Elizabeth) was quick to find me one to test drive. She answered all my questions and I loved the ca I came to Hawk to buy a new Subaru. My sales lady (Elizabeth) was quick to find me one to test drive. She answered all my questions and I loved the car! That one wasn't the color I wanted and they were so quick to find my color. I didn't trade anything in and they made the process pretty seamless. First time dealing with Hawk and I thought it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I would recommend this car buying experience to any of my friends. Just hope the service department measures up as high as their car sales staff as this is my very first Subaru! More

New Vehicle Experience We have bought two new Subaru's at this dealer's new location over the past several months. The sales advisor, Elizabeth N., sold us both vehicles. We have bought two new Subaru's at this dealer's new location over the past several months. The sales advisor, Elizabeth N., sold us both vehicles. We actually looked for her to buy the second vehicle. She made both experiences just about perfect with respect to helping us pick out and then purchase the new Subaru's. Elizabeth did all she could within her control to make the experiences fun, professional, and educational. Elizabeth was an excellent listener and responded extremely well to our various customer requests. I highly recommend her if one is looking to buy a new car there. BTW, both Rocco and Chris were also very helpful and appreciated. More
