I bought a used motorcycle from this dealership, and overall and happy despite the hiccups My original sales guy Alan was wonderful, the issues were once the bike got here; the delivery guy didn't wa overall and happy despite the hiccups My original sales guy Alan was wonderful, the issues were once the bike got here; the delivery guy didn't want to unload the bike, so we ended up doing it together as it would have been dangerous for me to do so I wasn't about to do that and get hurt not to mention the liability and issues that would cause on their end; the bike was dirty and filthy which was sorta gross but I just ran it over to my grandma's and we washed it off so thats fine; the mileage was off because the trip 1 was read instead of the actual odometer, I was able to make sure DMV listed the correct mileage on my title; the main issue was the condition of the chain, its rusted and needing replacement as it won't be covered under warranty since its a maintenance failure, I was not made aware of the condition beforehand and couldn't see for myself as I'm an out of state customer, I was originally told by a manager named Chris W that he'd make it right, and when I told him the shop quoted me $250, he asked why it was so high and said he was only going to put $100 toward it, I told him that doesn't even cover the chain itself and that I'm not comfortable replacing it myself because its a critical component and I don't know how to do it, he talked down to me about how maintenance is part of a vehicle and told me to calm down and that he's not covering that much and would call me back after I told him I wanted to speak with legal and see about having the vehicle returned because I'm not covering that, I never got a call back, I texted my sales guy who was supposed to check on it, I didn't hear back from him, and when I called the dealership, I was told he doesn't work there anymore, I asked about the ongoing issue and the lady was able to check and said they'd pay $150 by check and she'd check on it, if I wanted to send it back I'd have to pay and I wasn't about to do that, it took several calls throughout the issue and I didn't get a call back on any of them really, I had to keep calling back and talking to different people, at some point they started to filter me through an AI bot because it would only go to voicemail, unless I called them from my fiances phone then it would go through no problem, my title eventually showed up and it took I think 3 or 4 calls to figure out the issues the DMV was having with the paperwork, but an updated document got faxed by the end of it and I was able to get the title and registration taken care of, on one of those calls I was told they didn't even know who told me I'd be getting a check for the chain problem and I offered to find out as I record all of my phone calls, I think it was Elizabeth, she was very nice to speak with I got a call today from their legal guy Benjamin who was very helpful in figuring everyone out, as well as Tammy who was checking into the mileage discrepancy and let me know she mailed my check out, the two of them fixed my experience with this dealership, they were both awesome to speak with; it was extremely stressful and upsetting to have to go back and forth with so many calls and not really any call backs for those couple weeks about everything but the two of them got it all cleared up and I feel much better now, overall I'm happy with my experience now that everything is settled, thank you guys More
