I am very unhappy with my purchase. I was sold a car without working air conditioning. I only get hot air from the vents even on max cooling. I was told by the saleswoman Ellen that the I was sold a car without working air conditioning. I only get hot air from the vents even on max cooling. I was told by the saleswoman Ellen that the car was well-maintained and inspected for any issues. Any issues weee addressed before listing the vehicle for sale, apparently not! I specifically asked her if the car had any issues regarding heating and cooling because the Carfax showed that the A/C was recharged at their dealership before listing it for sale. I was an out of state purchaser (NJ) and didn’t have the time to see it for myself. I also tried to do a pre-purchase inspection twice but the tech canceled on me both times and the dealership was putting pressure on me to sign the papers to get the deal done. I would've never purchased this vehicle if i was aware the air conditioning didn't work, especially with the upcoming summer season. I reached out to the saleswoman for some sort of resolution because It was something that should've been properly taking care of at the dealership, or at the very least disclosed to me, but the saleswoman does not return my calls after saying she would escalate this to the service department director and manager. I refuse and cannot get stuck with a repair bill for something that should have been properly checked and fixed by dealership. Furthermore, the dealership charges astronomical dealer fees. A total of $2,260 was charged in dealer fees alone. I would not recommend this dealership for their deceptive and unethical practices. More

We had questions that we had to ask several times and never seemed to get straight answers. Also didn't care for how Trevor with finance handled negotiations or sharing interest rates.
