I just won a small claims suit against Wilsonville Subaru for $9300 for the horrid condition of my used car at the time of purchase. Instead of honesty and accountability they insulted and belittled me. They refused to even negotiate or settle with me in mediation and ended up losing completely in court. They are the embodiment of the sleazy used car salesman, unethical, dishonest, swindlers. Buyer beware. More

I purchased a 2017 Outback in May 2025 from Wilsonville Subaru. While the car is in great condition, the work performed on the car by Wilsonville Subaru is less than quality. For instance, while they installed 4 new tires they did not properly mount them on the centering ring nor did they balance them. They let me drive off the lot with an empty coolant tank and, as I just found out 2 months after driving, my engine is a quart low of oil. This despite the fact that they gave it a full oil change in April and I've only driven 2k miles since. The lack of Quality Controls in their shop literally puts people and cars at risk of injury. I do not recommend buying a used car from them. More
