After seeing a good looking, barely used car on their website, I took the time to drive down there from home on a Saturday (repeating my normal work commute). I was helped by Ellie Treinen, who was very pleasant to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and made every effort to SERVE me rather than pressure me. I don't do pressure, especially at automotive dealers. I work in a customer service oriented profession, and in my opinion, customer service is a self-less act, but it works to build repeat business if executed to serve the customer, on a repetitive basis. That is how my employer has built an unrivaled reputation in their industry, and it appears Wilsonville Toyota-Scion has as well. I would definitely refer a friend to Ellie and Wilsonville Toyota-Scion, and will shop there again when the opportunity arises. I took with me a car that I considered trading in, if it was economically justifiable. They drove the car around the block and checked it out, and in a very short time had both: 1) found all of the key issues (which actually builds credit in my book - I'm the son of a mechanic) and 2) used a very professional system to evaluate the exact market value of the car (which I'm quite sure is a third party system that they invest $$$ in). Their investment in doing this in such a professional manner procured an accurate value of my car, which was actually more than reasonable, and solidified my business with them. Ellie went out of her way to make sure I knew about every important detail in my process of purchasing a vehicle, including details that only served me, not the dealership, or herself. This dealer is great. When they say "No Bull" they mean it. I loved the 1 sales person experience. We felt we were given a fair price on the 2000 Camry we traded in, and she found us exactly what we wanted, made arrangements to get it from another dealership, and even delivered the car to us. We felt well taken care of and feel she went above and beyond. We really liked dealing with one person through the transaction, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellie and Wilsonville Toyota. We liked having a set price and not having to negotiate or be handed from person to person. This was the best car purchasing experience we've ever had. More

Ellie was friendly, professional, and courteous to work with, and we were delighted to find that there were no pressure tactics, the listed price really was the price, and there were no surprises. This dealership definitely lives up to its advertisement of "no bull", and I am happy to give it and Ellie a high recommendation - we will certainly be back the next time we are in the market for a car. The car lot was true to their add which says they show one price and it is the lowest price available. We shopped the area and found no other dealership who would match their price. This dealership was fantastic! I spoke with our sales person over the phone before making the trip to the dealership. She was wonderful; very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, no pressure and we had the best car buying experience we've ever had. The Yaris we bought is just what we needed for our daughter, she loves it, and we feel confident she will enjoy it for many safe and reliable years. We will be back to Wilsonville Toyota when we buy our next Toyota (we have owned four now) and will recommend you highly to friends and acquaintances. Yesterday I went from one extreme to another, from a dealership who appeared to have no intrest in engaging a customer to a dealership that treated me like they actually WANTED my business. I am a consumer who likes to believe I am getting good value for any purchase I make Large or small. A Car is no small investment, I tend to keep them a long time. My previous care I owned for 9.5 years. I like to get what I pay for and with the current incentives even in these unsure economic times I was willing to spend the money for a major purchase. The staff all the way from the receptionist who answered my phone call for directions to the floor assistant who prepped my new ride were engaged with me as a person, looked me in the eye's and gave me their full attention. Man what a difference, the first dealership I visited that day let me wonder around their lot in the overcast, cool, damp day without so much as a by your leave. I actually has to go looking for help, they were more interested in the food and coffee at their desk than speaking to a women about a car. Thank goodness for Ellie and all the crew at Wilsonville Toyota who got me into an totally TRICKED out car. thanks so much for the great attention and customer service, its worth the 25 mile trip to get treated as if you valued my business.
