First off All vehicles should be cleaned and detailed before going on the lot to sell. I purchased a “new” demo (loaner) car. This car was filthy. Spills and stains in the seats, scuffs and dirt on doors and dash and the outside was dirty. They did wash the outside and clean the seats but did not wipe anything down. Secondly, the Finance advisors need to slow down when reviewing the breakdown of the cost. I dealt with two advisors. The first evening I was there I think they were in a hurry to sign a deal and get out of there. Since I wouldn’t sign a deal on a dirty car, they wanted to be done, so I never got a final breakdown of the cost only they would make it work. Next day I had a different advisor who handled all the paperwork. Still never showed me a breakdown or reviewed anything. Just sign, sign, sign! I wanted to add the additional protection plan for the paint and interior of the car. I never got it because the first guy failed to notate it. Also my Oil life is at 26% and I only have 2,500 miles on this new car. How does this happen? I was told not to worry about it it happens when the car idles for long periods of time but that the oil was changed when it was released from the loaner program. They must have just forgot to reset it. I’ve owned the car for 4 days at this point. Fingers crossed everything is good and I don’t have to go back. So far so good. I love this car. More

We went up Thurs night spent a few hours talking to a sales rep. After 8pm we asked if we should come back tomorrow so they can go home seeing they were closed. They assured us it wasn’t a problem they s sales rep. After 8pm we asked if we should come back tomorrow so they can go home seeing they were closed. They assured us it wasn’t a problem they stay late all the time. It was the end of the month and a great time to get a deal. So we stayed for almost another hour. At that point the guy walks out and tells us he can’t get through to the bank to get an answer and that they would reach out tomorrow (Friday) morning. After awhile, and no word from them we reached out only to be told that the sales floor was really busy and if it slows down they will look into it and they will get back either that night or Saturday. Still no word from them… the sales guy was nice (but that’s their job right, to get a deal). They talked about how they are a family business and care about their customers… I guess this falls back to the saying, “actions speak louder than words”. Even if it wasn’t a huge sale, there should have been some level of decency to reach out and be honest and forward. That lack of truth speaks volumes about a company and how they will handle situations moving forward. I would beware of dealing with them if you’re thinking of buying a car. They most definitely do NOT keep their word. More
