I just got a new Bolt EUV at McLoughlin Chevrolet. It was part of a GM buyback. Even though this was non-standard, Elliott and Lindsey made the whole process a breeze. This dealership is very dishonest. We purchased a 2 yr old used vehicle and they said they did a complete inspection and there were no issues with the vehicle. I asked specifically abo We purchased a 2 yr old used vehicle and they said they did a complete inspection and there were no issues with the vehicle. I asked specifically about interior damage, leaks and the engine. They said everything was inspected and in great condition, no leaks. On the drive home I noticed the seat warmer and climate control buttons were broken. When I got home I noticed two huge holes in the carpet they covered up with a mat. They said they put carpet protectant on so they would have seen the holes. I took it into another Chevy dealer to be fair and paid for an inspection the one they said they did. The oil cooler hose was not on correctly and about to fall off. The air intake filter was full of sand. They replaced the broken buttons for us and they now work. There is also a leak on the passenger front floor. As soon as it rained it was soaking wet and smelled horrible immediately so it had been wet before. Most likely why they put a protectant on a carpet full of holes to make it smell new. I called the dealership as soon a I got home with a list of the things I found and was basically told it wasn't there problem. Even though I specifically asked these questions and was lied to. More
