Elliott was a pleasure to work with. Approval took a while. Really enjoyed Sales person Elliott. For a cash purchase there was confusion with finance for a credit check, why for cash, eventually didn't need one Really enjoyed Sales person Elliott. Warranties were confusing, started from time vehicle was registered with dealership, not the date of our purchase????? Took a long time to get thru process, with approvals from managers and finance, 4 hours. We were being sold a good, trust worthy vehicle until we got to the final/finance person, then the sales pitch on the extended warranty left us feeling the vehicle might not be that good, very confusing, left us concerned that the vehicle was "likely" to have major problems about the time the initial warranties ran out????? We like the vehicle, but it seemed the dealership was still using some of the old wear down the customer sales techniques. More
